The governors are seeking to appoint a part time teaching support assistant to join our Federation. The Teaching Support Assistant post will be at Our Lady of Lourdes RCPS in the Resource Provision.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience of working with children in the primary school phase.
- Have a good knowledge and understanding of children with SEND, in particular children with autism and children with speech and language difficulties.
- Be receptive to training and implement strategies given to support the children.
- Have the ability to communicate well with parents and the class teacher.
- Be an enthusiastic, inspirational and caring special support assistant.
