Here at OSS-Systems, we are looking at hiring Business Development Director to join our amazing team

Role Overview
The Business Development Director is responsible for accelerating the commercial growth
of OSS-Systems by securing new business, expanding strategic accounts, and driving brand
visibility. This role blends sales leadership, client engagement, marketing input, and
operational collaboration to ensure strong pipeline performance and sustained revenue
delivery.


What You’ll Do

Drive Sales Growth

• Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close.
• Build a strong pipeline across new and existing markets.
• Deliver weekly updates to the COO, Chairman, and senior leadership groups.
• Prepare tailored proposals, bids, and tender documents.
• Monitor KPIs, set quarterly sales targets, and improve conversion metrics.
• Weekly sales calls both face to face and online essential and KPI driven

Develop Market Opportunities

• Conduct market research to identify high-value sectors, trends, and partnership
strategies.
• Map key decision-makers and influencers; develop targeted engagement plans.
• Strengthen OSS-Systems’ presence within hospitality and adjacent industries.


Enhance Marketing & Brand Impact

• Oversee social media activity and integrate campaigns with sales objectives.
• Analyse marketing performance and recommend improvements.
• Guide the creation of blogs, case studies, collateral, and visual content.


Champion Customer Success

• Build long-term relationships with key accounts.
• Support onboarding and implementation activities when required.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable improvements.

Collaborate with Operations & Projects

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and identify cross-sell
opportunities.
• Assist in strategic planning and operational enhancements.

What You’ll Bring

• Minimum of 10+ years’ experience in Hospitality and B2B sales.
• Strong Hospitality sales and operational background
• Strong track record in generating leads and closing deals.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience creating tenders, proposals, and sales forecasts.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Tech-savvy with strong Excel, CRM, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Good understanding of Hospitality Systems such as PMS system
