Summary
I am currently working with a consultancy who are actively seeking a senior UX consultant to lead UX discovery for a range of business-critical journeys in the helpdesk and self-service space.
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong identity-centric UX experience with authentification, MFA, IDV, and recovery journeys.
- Strong experience designing accessible, low friction user journeys.
- Strong experience with Figma, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Good background in behavioural change or service design.
- Strong stakeholder management skills in regulated environments.
