We’re now looking for a Workshop Controller to join our team at our dealership in Birmingham.
Basic salary up to £32,000 plus a £6,000 bonus.

Role and Responsibilities Workshop Controller
• Allocate work to Technicians, ensuring standards and timescales are consistently met.
• Liaise with Service Advisors when repairs may exceed agreed times, ensuring customers remain fully informed.
• Maintain high productivity by ensuring all work is completed within allocated timeframes.
• Report and seek guidance on any issues identified during repairs, ensuring delays are communicated and resolved efficiently.

The Ideal Candidate - Workshop Controller
• Experience within the automotive industry, ideally in workshop control or as a technician.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues across departments.
• A natural leader who motivates their team and leads by example.
