Summary

Please note this role is open to internal applications only.The Fees Project Co-ordinator role will take responsibility for leading, coordinating and delivering strategic projects within the Fees Department. The role has delegated authority to plan and coordinate initiatives that have a significant impact on service delivery, compliance, and stakeholder experience. With support the post holder will implement changes that have been approved.
This role will act as the lead for all Fee Department Mergers & Acquisition (M&A) Project activity, taking ownership of all fees-related project workstreams requiring input from the Fees team to avoid the core team from being distracted from these project activities, and ensuring effective coordination with the PMO, Trust Office and schools.
This role will ensure all initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational objectives including M&A and transformational projects.
