Summary
Key areas of focus will include supporting staff, delivering and facilitating education programmes, conducting clinical assessments, and leading and reporting on audits/projects within the locality. The post holder will need to have a solid understanding of current education requirements for clinical staff (particularly Registered Nurses, support staff and those seeking a pathway to registration) and the roles undertaken within the Intermediate Care Units and the Primary Care Networks/Community Nursing teams.
