Summary
Job Purpose / Summary:
The Key Account Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Key Account and Sales teams within a fast-paced sports licensing environment. The role focuses on coordinating day-to-day account activity, maintaining accurate systems and documentation, and supporting the end-to-end product lifecycle - from style creation through to order processing, invoicing, and customer delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Key Account Managers.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of cost sheets.
Create, process, and manage sales orders and purchase orders in line with customer requirements.
Raise and process customer invoices, ensuring accuracy against sales orders, vendor invoices, and agreed pricing.
Maintain accurate records across internal systems, trackers, and shared documents.
Upload and maintain product data across customer portals.
Assist with style creation and setup in internal systems.
Liaise with internal teams (design, approvals, sales) to ensure smooth workflow.
Key Competencies:
Previous experience in an administrative, coordinator, or sales support role.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Confident user of Microsoft Excel.
Experience working with ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
