Bricknells Rentals are looking to bring a Portfolio Manager into the team to support the continued growth of the business. With a high level of new instructions coming through and ongoing changes across the lettings sector, this is a great opportunity to join a well-established company at a time of growth.
Due to the pace of the department and the nature of the role, previous lettings experience is required, as you’ll be supporting the team across a range of day-to-day activities from the outset.

This is a brand-new role, created to support the growth of the business and ensure the team can continue to deliver a high standard of service as the portfolio expands.
The role
As a Portfolio manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the smooth running of the lettings department. This is a varied, hands-on position where no two days are the same, and you’ll be involved across multiple stages of the lettings process.
Key responsibilities will include:
Delivering the end-to-end lettings process
Handling tenant and landlord enquiries by phone and email
Arranging and coordinating property viewings
Assisting with referencing, compliance and associated administration
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Supporting with general office and lettings administration as required
You’ll fit well in this role if you:
Have previous experience within a letting’s environment
Are confident managing compliance and regulatory requirements
Are organised, proactive and detail-focused
Communicate clearly and professionally with landlords, tenants and colleagues
Enjoy supporting a team and contributing to a positive working environment
