Summary


Please note, at this stage, the role is open only to internal staff (including NHSP and Agency staff currently on placement within our organisation) and staff substantively employed within Kent and Medway NHS Trusts and the Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board (ICB). Our friendly Business Intelligence Team is seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Intelligence Partnerto join their busy Team.

This post will work to support the portfolio of the Children and Young Persons & All Age Eating Disorder Directorate

Works to support the trust in the development and co-ordination of performance and business management processes to ensure comprehensive service performance monitoring and development.

A key member supporting their assigned operations directorate Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to produce effective performance reports to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders
• Promote awareness of national and local targets.
• Develop and deliver reporting mechanisms to support the trust objectives.
• To analyse performance data and advise accordingly.
• To establish relevant communication at all levels of service management to enable collection of robust data, and to ensure sufficient understanding to support compliance with statutory requirements.
• Support the design, production and delivery of business reports to the Trust.
• Undertake and support audits as requested.
• Support the process of service development initiatives and Cost Improvement Programmes.
