Summary
Our Client is a well-established Bodyshop with a great reputation and they are currently seeking a Bodyshop Administrator to join their team based in Barking – Greater London.

Responsibilities:
- Managing daily administrative tasks within the bodyshop
- Liaising with insurance companies, customers, and suppliers
- Processing repair orders and ensuring accurate documentation
- Maintaining detailed records of repairs and parts orders
- Scheduling work and prioritising workload efficiently
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Previous experience within an automotive administration / bodyshop sector role would be preferred
- Full UK Driving License
- The ability to work efficiently as an individual but also as part of a job share team
- Trade knowledge and strong administrative / office software skills
- Motivated with a desire to enhance their knowledge
