Your role:

As an Adaptations Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in helping people live safely, independently and with dignity in their own homes. This is a rewarding opportunity to support the Wigan community by coordinating essential adaptations that transform daily living for vulnerable residents. About you:

A great candidate for the Adaptations Assistant role will bring strong organisational skills, confidence using a range of computer systems, and the ability to communicate positively with residents, colleagues and partner agencies. You will have 3 GCSE’s at grade 4 or above (A-C) or equivalent qualifications or experience relevant to the requirements of the post. You’ll need to be comfortable working both independently and as part of a busy team, able to manage your own workload, meet deadlines and use your initiative to solve problems along the way. You’ll have a compassionate, personcentred approach, ensuring every resident receives a supportive and highquality service. If you can balance accuracy, empathy and efficiency, you’ll thrive in this rewarding role.
