Summary

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking inspirational and dedicated Maths, English and Science Teachers to join our thriving team within Oak Learning Partnership. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, engaging and ambitious lessons in Maths, English, or Science.
• Assess, track and support pupil progress, ensuring all students are challenged and able to achieve strong outcomes.
• Contribute to curriculum planning and the development of effective teaching resources.
• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments and the wider Trust.
• Uphold high expectations for behaviour, attitudes to learning and student success.

The Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Strong subject knowledge in Maths, Englishor Science.
• A commitment to inclusive, student-centred teaching.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• A reflective and proactive approach to professional development.
• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
