Summary
We are seeking inspirational and dedicated Maths, English and Science Teachers to join our thriving team within Oak Learning Partnership. This is an exciting opportunity for both ECTs and experienced teachers to contribute to high-quality teaching and learning across our secondary schools, helping every student achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, engaging and ambitious lessons in Maths, English, or Science.
- Assess, track and support pupil progress, ensuring all students are challenged and able to achieve strong outcomes.
- Contribute to curriculum planning and the development of effective teaching resources.
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments and the wider Trust.
- Uphold high expectations for behaviour, attitudes to learning and student success.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Strong subject knowledge in Maths, English or Science.
- A commitment to inclusive, student-centred teaching.
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
- A reflective and proactive approach to professional development.
- The ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.
