Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

Full-time, long-term role starting ASAP

Monday–Friday, 32.5 hours per week, term-time only

Earn between £500 - £560 per week as a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant

School located in Salford – easily accessible from most of Manchester and surrounding areas

Graduates holding a 2:1 degree or above encouraged to apply

Degrees in Education, Psychology, or core subjects are especially valued

Support the classroom teacher alongside providing essential 1-1 and small group support to pupils

Gain hands-on experience supporting both teachers and students in the classroom

This is a full-time, term-time-only role, working Monday to Friday. You will collaborate closely with the class teacher to support pupil progress across a range of subject areas. Playing a key role in building confidence and meeting individual learning needs, as a Graduate Primary Teaching Assistant you will help foster a positive, inclusive learning environment where every child can thrive. In addition to general classroom support, you will deliver targeted assistance on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, supporting pupils’ academic and social development and helping them develop the skills needed for long-term success.
