We are looking for a Carpenter/Joiner/Production Operative to join our factory team manufacturing timber frames for prefabricated buildings. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic carpentry skills who wants to learn and develop in a factory-based environment.

We are looking for a Carpenter/Joiner/Production Operative to join our factory team manufacturing timber frames for prefabricated buildings. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic carpentry skills who wants to learn and develop in a factory-based environment.
Duties include:
- Assisting with the manufacture of timber frame panels
- Using hand and power tools
- Working from drawings and instructions
- Maintaining quality and health & safety standards
Requirements:
- Some carpentry/joinery experience or training (college, apprenticeship, or on-site)
- Willingness to learn and good attention to detail
- Ability to measure materials correctly to the Millimeter
- Positive attitude, good work ethic
- Reliable and able to work as part of a team
