Summary

Caretaking & Cleaning Services

About the role

Required as soon as possible.
Caretaking & Cleaning Services are looking to appoint enthusiastic and highly motivated casual caretakers.
The salary for this post is Grade 4 which is £12.85 per hour.
Candidates must have the ability to use their own initiative and work as part of a team. You will be required to work throughout the borough for short and long-term placements, hours can vary as required and it could be up to 37 hours per week between the hours of 6:30am - 10 am and 2 - 6 pm, Monday to Friday, all year round.

This role includes the responsibility of being a key holder, ensuring the environment is secure and sharing responsibility for the opening and closing of the premises. It will also require the attendance of out of hours when necessary in the event of an alarm call.

Having a car and / or willing to travel across the borough or in the surrounding areas will be an advantage. This will increase your possibilities for work to be offered.

Relevant experience is an advantage although not essential as training will be provided.

Please note that although the location is stated at Bury Town Hall, you will not be working here, you will be expected to go to various schools across the borough and other surrounding areas.
