Summary

We're looking for a Kier Foundation Officer to join our Kier Foundation team.



Location: Flexible on Location - hybrid working available, with occasional Nationwide travel as and when required

Hours: 18.75 hours per week

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.



What will you be responsible for?

As a Kier Foundation Officer, you'll be working within the Kier Foundation team, supporting them in delivering fundraising initiatives, engagement campaigns, and charity partnership activities to strengthen our impact across the UK

Your day to day will include:

-Supporting and promoting fundraising campaigns such as Winners' Club, team challenges, and match funding programmes

-Working closely with our charity partner to run campaigns and achieve partnership objectives

-Presenting at meetings and events to raise awareness of the Foundation's work across Kier

-Creating marketing and communications content for the Foundation website and internal campaigns

-Assisting with administrative tasks, monthly reporting, and supporting the delivery of fundraising events



What are we looking for?

This role of Kier Foundation Officer is great for you if:

-You have experience presenting to and engaging large groups, both online and in person

-You have successfully managed events or campaigns from start to finish

-You are an excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills

-You are organised, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple workloads effectively

-You have experience working with and motivating volunteers and contributing to financial targets
