Job Summary
Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, and ultimately to the Quality Manager, the successful candidate will be an active member of
the Quality Team, and be an active participant, in the strengthening and development of the work closely with the Production and
Enabler Teams to promote a positive Quality Culture and develop our QMS to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and BS 3632:2015, and
company policies.
The purpose of this role is to support the Quality Supervisor with the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing areas.
Accountabilities
Complete regular Gemba Walks and Internal Audits;
Plan document review processes;
Support the development and improvement of the Quality Management System;
Monitor corrective action investigations and support as necessary, to ensure investigations are thorough and countermeasures are
effective;
Support with Supplier Risk Assessments, and Second- and Third-Party Audits;
Preparing data for regular reporting.

* Comply with all company health & safety related policies and procedures
* Maintain good housekeeping standards and support improvement where necessary

3 years in a Quality role, as part of an established Quality Department.
Demonstrate QMS / SOP improvements
5 years in a Quality role, as part of an established Quality Department, ideally in a manufacturing or FMCG sector.
Gemba walks experience
Internal audits experience
Supporting and carrying out quality issues investigations, with effective root cause analysis (5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D)
Skills, Competencies and Abilities
* Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills
* Excellent literacy and numeracy skills
* Confident decision-making ability
* Possess a flexible, supportive and approachable manner
* Willingness and flexibility to adapt to new methods and tasks
