Summary
We are a removal and storage company looking for an additional Office Admin person to assist with the day to day running of the business.
You will be managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately, organising and maintaining files, records and documentation both physical and digital. Assisting scheduling appointments, meetings and maintaining calendars. Handling correspondence via email and post in a timely manner.
Supporting invoicing, billing and basic bookkeeping activities using Sage Accounts - training will be given.
