Summary

To succeed in this role you will need to be able to evidence; -Excellent communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills -A proven track record of success in a senior HR role -A successful track record of working collaboratively with Trade Union colleagues - A proven track record of working effectively through operational managers to achieve success in wider organisational goals
