Summary

Sunderland City Council are seeking to recruit a Business Development Officer to work within the Adult Services Directorate.andnbsp;

andnbsp;

This post will be of interest to applicants who are skilled and experienced in supporting the planning, development, improvement and implementation of performance and improvement and quality assurance functions including:

Data collection, data analysis, performance monitoring and reporting, service reviews, benchmarking, inspection and assessment, organisational strategy, service planning, consultation and research and needs analysis.
Contribute quality assurance information that will inform the contract management process.
To support in the development, implementation and maintenance of information systems.
To support on the production of statistical returns and surveys.andnbsp;

The successful applicant will have a wide range of transferable experience within an appropriate background as well as excellent ICT skills, good written and verbal communications skills and the ability to work in a fast based multi-disciplinary area of work.andnbsp; Excellent organisational skills will be required to balance a varied and wide- ranging workload with competing priorities.
