We are now seeking an outstanding HR Business Partner to lead our people strategy at a pivotal moment in our development. This is a high profile leadership role with significant influence, driving excellence across HR operations, employee relations, organisational development, and workforce planning.
The successful candidate will bring strategic insight, professional credibility, and a passion for developing people and culture. You will work closely with senior leaders to strengthen HR capability, ensure compliance, enhance staff wellbeing, and support the continued growth of our Multi Academy.
