This role is a campus-based role.


This is a new 0.6 FTE time post and is available from Mon 2nd February on a permanent basis


An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Event Exeter Team at the University of Exeter.


Summary of the role


This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone looking to start a career in events, hospitality, or customer service.


Working under the direction of the Event Operations Manager and within clearly established procedures, the Event Service Assistant provides both administrative and operational support for the planning and delivery of events across the University.


The role involves routine administrative tasks, event setup support, and customer service activities. The post-holder will gain hands-on experience across all stages of event delivery and will receive full training and supervision to develop skills within the events environment.
