Location: Near Uxbridge
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 + overtime (approx. £16.00/hour)
Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–17:00 (Friday early finish)

What We Need from a Finishing Operative:
Experience as a Rumbling Operative, Finishing Operative, or similar role
Ability to read and follow technical drawings
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
Reliable, self-motivated team player
Bonus Skills:
Knowledge of SAP
Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment
Engineering or mechanical qualifications
