Summary
About the role
We are on the lookout for a Insight Analyst to join our Product Quality team here at Tesco. This person will be supporting the development and improvement of our multi-channel returns propositions, through providing insight and operational support to the Returns, Online, and Store Operational teams. You will also be transforming data into actionable insight.
You will be responsible for
- Keeping up to date with trends in refunds and returns, competitor activity & market dynamics and sharing with my team.
- Working with both our store, online and strategy teams to understand the business priorities across all our different channels.
- Providing the team with administrative/analytical support, and manipulate data, to create meaningful insight which the teams can react quickly to.
- Investigating trends and drivers of customer satisfaction and refund/returns issues across all categories and creating recommendations from that insight.
- Creating insight on what products customers are returning, how often and why are they returning them, along with analysing the associated end to end returns costs.
- Analysing returns data to support business cases.
- Team KPI tracking.
