Long Term Futures is working in partnership with a welcoming, Ofsted-rated 'Good' primary school in Kings Heath (B14) to recruit a dedicated 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant. You will provide focused support to a Year 4 pupil with ASD and ADHD, helping them regulate emotions, engage with learning and build confidence within a mainstream classroom.
Working closely with the class teacher, SENDCo and inclusion team, you will deliver calm, consistent 1:1 support throughout the school day. The pupil benefits from clear routines, positive behaviour strategies and a trusted adult who understands emotional regulation.
Your responsibilities will include:
