• Leading 1:1 and small group interventions to promote positive behaviour
• Supporting students facing barriers to learning—academic, emotional, behavioural
• Taking a proactive role alongside teachers to enhance classroom engagement
• Monitoring, tracking, and celebrating student progress across key metrics
• Assisting with restorative practices and early intervention strategies
• Collaborating with pastoral leaders, SEND teams, and external agencies
