Summary
Behaviour Mentor – Transform Lives in Education
Location: Greenwich
Days/Hours: Monday-Friday 8.20am-3.45pm
Salary: £85-£95 per day
Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome challenges? We’re looking for an experienced mentors with existing experience in supporting young people with a mixture of learning needs.
What You’ll Do:
-Support pupils with challenging behaviours and emotional needs
-Implement trauma-informed strategies to help pupils thrive
-Work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to create a positive learning environment
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience working with young people in education or youth settings
✔ Confidence in managing challenging emotions or trauma
✔ Ability to commit to at least 4–5 days per week / 8.20am-3.45pm
