What You’ll Be Doing:
• Delivering targeted interventions as a Behaviour Mentor across key year groups
• Coaching pupils to develop resilience and strong emotional regulation
• Collaborating with teachers, pastoral teams, and SENCOs to embed positive change
• Acting as a trusted role model, mediator, and advocate for vulnerable learners
• Supporting individual action plans and tracking behavioural progress
• Organising and leading engaging workshops on self-management and social skills
