The Senior Service Manager is responsible for ensuring that the highest standards of service quality, performance, and improvements are achieved. To support the Head of Service in the implementation and delivery of service monitoring and development through ensuring that accurate data is recorded. To provide excellent leadership of the teams within their area of responsibility through embodying the values of the organisation. To provide a high level of experience and understanding of provision of services to veterans within the areas of Bristol and Gloucester.
