Summary
Senior Building Services Manager
Location: London & Northern Home Counties (Site-Based)
Salary: £85,000 - £90,000 + Package
A leading UK main contractor is seeking an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to deliver selected projects from cradle to grave across multiple sites in and around London.
This is a project-costed, site-based role, offering the opportunity to take full ownership of the building services function on major schemes, working within an established and highly experienced senior team.
The Role:
- Full responsibility for the delivery of MEP/building services packages
- Managing projects from pre-construction through commissioning and handover
- Working closely with construction, commercial, and design teams on live sites
- Oversight of subcontractors, programme, quality, and compliance
- Involvement across multiple projects, including a major scheme in St Albans due to start later this year
About You:
- Proven experience as a Senior Building Services Manager with a main contractor
- Strong track record delivering commercial and/or healthcare projects
- Confident managing complex services packages on site
- Comfortable working across multiple locations
- Ideally based in, or within commutable distance of, the Northern Home Counties
