Guarding24Seven Services Ltd is seeking a dedicated Financial Accounts Manager to oversee and manage the company’s financial management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, with the ability to implement and maintain financial controls, ensure the accuracy of financial records, and contribute to the company’s financial health. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth financial operation of the company and supporting financial decision-making.
Main Duties Include:
• Draft and maintain service contracts and ensure contract terms match operational delivery and the billing engine
• Reconcile rosters, time & attendance exports, and signed timesheets; investigate variances/unbilled hours.
• Raise sales invoices by site and contract schedule; issue credit notes where appropriate.
• Calculate and run pension and payroll for guards and HQ staff (overtime, holiday pay, shift premia, statutory pay).
• Manage accounts receivable and payables.
• Prepare period financial reports and annual financial statements.
• Assist in managing tax filings, including VAT returns, payroll, and other regulatory submissions.
• Support HR/Ops with BS 7858 screening workflows (ID, 5-year history, references), SIA licence and right-to-work checks, and ensure payroll readiness for new starters.
Education & Skills:
• Proven experience in finance or a similar field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
