Summary

Account Manager – Customer Service
Full time: Monday to Friday
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Commission
Location: Barking IG11 (Office Based)

Online Lubricants is a fast-growing oil distributor covering London and the South East who believes in challenging industry standards when it comes to delivering outstanding customer service.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated professional to join our excellent Customer Service team.

Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of existing customers building and nurturing relationships focusing on satisfaction, retention, and account growth.

Sales order processing – from inbound and outbound phone calls, emails and our website.
Proactively communicating – outbound calls and emails
Understanding a customer requirements and providing solutions
Identifying order gaps and managing customer spend
Maintaining accurate customer records
Liaising with other departments to resolve issues
Operations – Delivery or product queries
Accounts – Credit or payment queries
Identifying upsell and cross selling opportunities

Experience required/qualifications:

12+ months experience in a similar role – desirable
Account Management experience - desirable
Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
Excellent IT skills
Experience in negotiating with customers – Desirable
Good team player
Be flexible and work around our customers
Willingness to learn technical information based around our business
Full Training provided
Above all, excellent attitude and willingness to learn are essential
