Summary
The role holder will help ensure our staff are informed, engaged and listened to and we have multi-way conversations across our organisation. This role will help our people understand the purpose of our organisation, their role in helping deliver it, and the difference were making. This will include developing and maintaining key relationships throughout the organisation to generate engaging and informative content to share with our staff. It is also imperative that our employees have a voice, and communications are accessible across the organisation. The role holder will have a key responsibility helping deliver our regular all staff briefings, as well as the planning and delivery of our weekly digital newsletter, digital screens, and day to day updates and development of our intranet. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with experience in communications wanting to further their career.
