Summary

We are looking for a property professional to lead our small and dynamic Property Services team in the development, implementation and overall running of the Council’s asset portfolio which includes asset management, facilities management, community centre provision and car parks.

You will have a successful track record of managing teams to develop services and improve value for money, along with experience of successfully delivering performance improvement and efficiency programmes which can be applied to the Council’s assets and facilities functions.

You will hold a professional RICS membership and have a degree in an appropriate discipline. Ideally, you will also be a RICS registered valuer with senior management experience in an estates/property environment.
