Essential Requirements
-Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent
-Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy ready to step up
-Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and quality standards
-Track record of achieving Good or Outstanding Ofsted outcomes
-Confident leadership and staff development capability
-Full UK driving licence
The Role
-Full operational and regulatory responsibility for the children’s home
-Lead, manage and develop a stable and high performing staff team
-Ensure safeguarding, care planning and outcomes are consistently met
-Maintain full compliance with Ofsted, policies and legislation
-Drive continuous improvement and embed a strong, child centred culture
-Manage budgets, occupancy and external stakeholder relationships
