We’re looking for someone who is motivated and approachable to join us as a Tenant Engagement and Experience Officer. You will be working with the Tenant Engagement and Influence Lead and our Complaints Co-Ordinator to ensure that our tenants voice is prominent throughout all of our Housing Services. Your role will include:

Helping us to maximise tenant involvement and ensuring the tenants voice is fed into service improvement.
Playing a key role in recruiting involved tenants, building relationships and managing tenant feedback, through a variety of engagement events.
Helping co-ordinate and analyse tenant satisfaction throughout the department.


We’re looking for someone who:

Communicates and listens effectively, with confidence using IT and social media to engage with tenants.
Can manage their own workload and adapt to different working patterns—some evening or weekend work may be required to reach all tenants.
Above all you will be passionate about the work that you do and about meeting the needs of our diverse tenant base. This is a fantastic opportunity to help make a positive difference to our Housing Services.
