Job Description

Main Duties:

-Implement the end to end administrative process for booking officers onto SIA Top-up training

-Work with operations managers, officer and other administrative resources to deliver training events in line with business requirements

-Provide reporting and data of training activity.

-Maintain the Top-up email box and reply to all emails in a timely manner.

-Forward plan training locations and administer the venue requirements, liaise with our events partner to fulfil these requirements

-Be an ambassador for the Mitie vision and values and ensure they are embedded into all interventions
