Summary
As the Oriel Delivery Manager, you will drive the delivery and development of the service; You will build, motivate and support the product team ensuring that they are focused, responsive and delivering value You will have a clear understanding of delivery methods and practices You will use a range of agile methodologies to deliver products and services in an iterative way removing obstacles and blockers which hinder delivery progress You will be confident in working with end-users to identify business needs in the form of user stories and, in turn, work with the development team to iteratively achieve high quality outcomes that are user-centred You will use your knowledge of user-centred design and the GDS Service Standard to drive transformation and improve products and services. You will work closely with stakeholders, breaking down barriers and planning at a high level, and at a detailed level where necessary You will work across product teams and functions, as well as with third party organisations, especially when managing shared dependencies and goals Please note that the reason for the fixed term of this contract isdue to covering for a vacancy.
