Summary
We are seeking a Band 5-6 Dietitian to join our supportive team on a part-time basis of 22.5 hours per week, fixed term until the 31st of July 2026.
You will be providing specialist community dietetic care to adults receiving enteral nutrition in their own homes or care settings. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your expertise inhome enteral nutrition (HEN) while working closely with a multidisciplinary team, includingNutrition Specialist Nurses and acute care colleagues.
As this is a developmental role, it is suitable for a newly qualified dietitian who would be supported to work through objectives with an aim to progress to a B6 level. If you already have relevant experience, this role could be offered as a B6 role.

• Assess, manage, and review enteral feeding regimes, troubleshooting tube feeding issues.
• Conduct home visits and telephone reviews to monitor and support patients.
• Liaise with hospital teams to ensure smooth transitions between hospital and home care.
• Contribute to service development, policy changes, and research to enhance patient care.
• Support and supervise student dietitians and junior colleagues.
• Manage a caseload that includes stroke, neurology, oncology, and gastroparesis patients.
