Summary
Assess, manage, and review enteral feeding regimes, troubleshooting tube feeding issues. Conduct home visits and telephone reviews to monitor and support patients. Liaise with hospital teams to ensure smooth transitions between hospital and home care. Contribute to service development, policy changes, and research to enhance patient care. Support and supervise student dietitians and junior colleagues. Manage a caseload that includes stroke, neurology, oncology, and gastroparesis patients.
