About the Role
As Care Home Manager / Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the smooth running of this luxury residential home.
Your duties will include:
Leading, inspiring, and developing a high-performing care team
Ensuring compliance with CQC standards and best practice in care delivery
Managing budgets, recruitment, training, and team performance
Building strong relationships with Residents, families, and external professionals
Driving continuous improvement and maintaining exceptional care standards
