Randstad CPE is looking to onboard Site Managers in Berkshire to support residential new- builds in the new year.

  • Job Title: Site Manager - New Build Residential
  • Location: Reading / Bracknell, Berkshire (Site-based)
  • Pay: £200.00 - £250.00 per day
  • Contract: Temp

About the Role
You will take the responsibility of a medium to large-scale development in the area, ensuring exceptional standards of quality, safety, and project delivery, on high-quality new build homes and communities across Berkshire.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily site operations, coordinating sub-contractors, trades, and site personnel.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) legislation, company policies, and quality control procedures.
  • Manage the project build programme, monitoring progress against the timeline and budget, and proactively addressing any issues.
  • Conduct regular site inductions, tool-box talks, and safety inspections.
  • Maintain accurate site records, documentation, and progress reports for the Project Manager/Contracts Manager.
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-volume residential new build housing or apartment schemes in the UK.
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work certification.
  • Strong knowledge of UK building regulations, quality assurance processes, and construction methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
