Summary
Teaching Assistant - Autism Support (Mainstream)
Location: Eccles
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Pay: £105+ per day
Duration: Until at least Easter break
We are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a welcoming mainstream primary school in Eccles, supporting both general classroom activities and a child with autism on a daily basis.
This is a full-time role and would suit a Teaching Assistant who is confident, patient, and passionate about supporting pupils with additional needs while remaining flexible within a busy classroom environment.
The Role:

Supporting the class teacher with daily Teaching Assistant duties

Providing targeted support to a child with autism within the mainstream classroom

The Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience supporting children with autism (preferred)
