Summary

Start 2026 with purpose as a Female Support Worker - TF9 (Market Drayton Area)

Location: TF9 (Just a 2-min drive from Beacon Community Centre)
Pay: £12.40 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Setting: Supporting 3 individuals - 1 male and 2 females, aged 30s to 60s
Support Needs: Autism, Down syndrome, learning disabilities
Position: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Driver Requirement: Automatic licence required

We're looking for Female Support Workers to join our team in TF9, supporting three wonderful individuals in a warm, person-centred environment. If you enjoy working as part of a team and value consistency, humour, and meaningful routines, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the People You'll Be Supporting

Each person has their own unique personality and interests:

- One lady is fiercely independent and enjoys her own space

- Another is outgoing and sociable, loves shopping and getting out and about

- The gentleman enjoys Doctor Who, routines, and engaging with familiar faces

They thrive with support that is consistent, respectful, and tailored to their individual needs. A good sense of humour and patience go a long way in this role.

Your Role

You'll be providing 1:1 support and helping each person live life to the fullest. Responsibilities include:

- Supporting with personal care

- Assisting with meal preparation and medication administration

- Encouraging independence and routine

- Supporting one individual with wheelchair use when out and about

- Promoting social engagement and community activities

Shift Patterns

- Day Shifts: 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM / 2:30 PM - 10:00 PM / 10:00 AM - 10:00 PM

- Sleep-In Shifts: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Rotas are planned in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.

What We're Looking For

- Female applicant (Genuine Occupational Requirement applies)

- Reliable and patient, with a calm and empathetic approach

- Detail-oriented, especially around routines and consistency

- Team player who communicates well and works collaboratively

- Flexible and proactive, ready to adapt to different needs

- Confident driver with an automatic licence

(Experience in care is helpful but not essential—what matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.)
