Summary
Support Worker - WR5 (Worcester Area)
Location: WR5 (Just a 20-min walk from Worcester Foregate Station)
Pay: £12.64 per hour + £50 per sleep-in shift
Contract: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Driver Requirement: Manual UK licence required

Are you passionate about making a difference and supporting people to live fulfilling lives?We're looking for Support Workers to join our team in WR5, providing person-centred care to five amazing individuals with learning disabilities and additional health needs.
About the RoleYou'll be working in a vibrant, supportive environment where no two days are the same. Our team supports five individuals aged 20s to 60s, each with unique personalities and interests.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and promoting dignity
- Supporting with meal preparation and feeding (including PEG)
- Administering medication safely (including insulin and epilepsy protocols)
- Assisting with mobility and hoisting
- Encouraging independence and meaningful routines
- Supporting leisure activities such as hydrotherapy, cinema, theatre, and holidays
Shift Patterns- Day Shifts: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM | 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM
What We're Looking For- Hard-working and flexible mindset
- Comfortable with varied shifts, including earlies, lates, and sleeps
- Enthusiastic about helping people live fulfilling lives
- Open to learning new skills (training provided)
- Comfortable with swimming and supporting hydrotherapy sessions
