  • PEG feeding and medication support

  • Monitoring observations and general wellbeing

  • Personal care and daily routines

  • Emotional reassurance and companionship

Independence & Lifestyle

  • Encouraging gentle movement and independence

  • Supporting appointments and activities

  • Maintaining a calm, respectful home environment

  • Comfortable working around pets (two dogs and a cat)

What We’re Looking For
  • Experience working in a care setting

  • A calm, compassionate and professional approach

  • Good written and spoken English

  • A genuine commitment to person-centred care

  • Willingness to learn clinical and emergency procedures

  • A warm personality and ability to build strong rapport

Why Join Acuity Care Group?

With nearly 20 years’ experience and over 900 colleagues nationwide, Acuity Care Group is a trusted provider of supported living and complex care services.

You’ll be part of our Bespoke Health & Social Care division, supported by an experienced Complex Care Manager and a team that truly values the work you do.
