Summary

Chrysalis support adults with disabilities, with a strong focus on those with learning disabilities, to live their best lives

We have an exciting opportunity for a Wholefood Shop Coordinator to work in our Wholefood Shop in Wigton.

The role includes responsibility for managing the overall functioning the shop, including day-to-day operations and ensuring maximum engagement of individuals we support and the profitability of the shop.

We are looking for the right person to work with our individuals to develop and build on abilities, enabling them to develop their strengths and to have an active role in the community by working in the Wholefood Shop.

Previous experience of working in the social care sector and also retail is essential.

We are looking for people with the right attitude, skills and interests who are passionate about working with people.
