We are recruiting an experienced Registered Manager for a well-established children’s residential care organisation with a strong reputation for delivering GOOD-rated homes across the North West and London.

The Role
As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring outstanding care, regulatory compliance, and strong team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Overall management of a children’s residential home in line with Children’s Homes Regulations 2015
Achieve and maintain GOOD or OUTSTANDING Ofsted ratings
Lead, develop, and supervise the staff team to deliver high-quality, trauma-informed care
Ensure safeguarding practices are robust and effective
Manage admissions, care planning, risk assessments, and outcomes for young people
Maintain high standards of compliance, quality assurance, and reporting
Build positive relationships with Local Authorities, professionals, and families
About You
Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children’s residential care
Strong history of achieving or maintaining GOOD or OUTSTANDING Ofsted outcomes
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
In-depth knowledge of Ofsted frameworks, safeguarding, and legislation
Confident, resilient leader with excellent organisational and people-management skills
Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people
