Summary
Action Staffing is actively recruiting for an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join a highly regarded nursery in Greenwich (SE10).
We are offering a premium salary of up to £35,100 for a strong leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality childcare.
THE ROLE:
Work as a Deputy Manager supporting the daily running of the nursery.
This is a Room-Based position (balancing management duties with hands-on practice).
Mentor staff, model excellent practice, and ensure high standards of care.
Flexible shift patterns available (including 4-day week options).
REQUIREMENTS:
Must hold a Level 3 Qualification in Childcare (or higher).
Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Room Leader ready to step up.
Strong knowledge of Ofsted requirements and the EYFS.
